Background
Originally from Morgantown, WV, I encourage all my friends and former co-workers at West Virginia University to visit Deep Creek Lake State Park.  It's beautiful up here on the mountain -- not as crowded or humid as Morgantown.  I was always surprised at the number of people in Oakland that I talked to that had never been to the State Park.  I love to rent a boat for a day or sit in the sun at the beach/picnic area.  Drive up here and give me a call this weekend!
