Background

Born and raised in California I moved to Washington, D.C. after college. I have the honor of being the the first female law enforcement Park Ranger in the United States which was the beginning of my law enforcement career. I have had the privilege of being assigned to Presidental Details from Presidents Nixon to Reagan (and all in between.)

Personal

I found a great guy in D.C. and married him. Bill and I were married in 1977 and have two terrific grown children, Ian and Christie, and two grandsons, Jaidan and Clark. The Flockhart Family adopted Garrett County as our new home in 1993.

I have been accociated with Garrett Community College as an instructor on life skills and active in local charities, serving on many boards of directors.

Although I LOVE real estate, I relax  with reading, fishing, comedy, sharpshooting and cooking/baking.
