Background

Sandi was born and raised in California moving to Washington, D.C. after college. She was the first female law enforcement Park Ranger in the United States which was the beginning of her law enforcement career. Sandi was assigned to Presidental Details from Presidents Nixon to Reagan (and all in between.)

After retirement, Sandi became a national speaker on customer service and business etiquette; instructing on principles she puts into practice daily in real estate.

Personal

Sandi and Bill married in 1977 and have two grown children, Ian and Christie and a grandson, Jaidan. The Flockhart Family adopted Garrett County as their new home in 1993.

Sandi is accociated with Garrett Community College as an instructor on life skills. She is active in local charities and has served on many boards of directors.

She enjoys reading, fishing, comedy, sharpshooting and cooking/baking.
